How do you seed anonymously without being caught ?

Is there a program out there that can protect you, maybe mask your ip ?

What would be the best way to do this ?

proxies help but really reduces your download/upload speeds
VPN also works but for bittorrents special app is designed to hhide your identity called btguard

Most sites don't allow proxy, so your short answer is no, but there are possibilities depending on what tracker you're using, how much you might be willing to pay, etc.

Just a question: you are talking about only public trackers?

Using a seedbox adds a whole extra layer of protection from legal trouble. i.e. if you have a seedbox in europe and all transfers to/from the seedbox and your home are done using SSH or SFTP, I'd imagine that nobody in the US would be able to tell that you are doing anything.

Now if different countries cooperated (read: much more paper work and complexity, so less likely to happen) then there could be issues, but I imagine that would be too much work (i.e. there so many other easier targets).

Peerblock PeerBlock Wont make you autonomous but it will help keep the people you don't want out

BT Guard sounds like exactly what iam looking for. The question i have is will i get banned from my sites using it?
