Thread: Do you think this is possible cheating?

Hello everyone,

I have a little dilemma, I don't know if the person I invited is cheating. I've been monitoring his profile since I invited him to make sure he wasn't cheating but I think that he might be. I love this tracker and just won a 1TB upload credit so my ratio is amazing... so needless to say that I don't want to loose my account.

I'll explain to you why I think he's cheating and I'll post some screenshots so that you can look them over and tell me what you think.

The facts (as I know them) :

His upload rate : 0.66MB (3 proofs below)

First 5 days : 8.51GB uploaded (Normal, no problem here)
Next 36 hours : 12.87GB uploaded (total 21.38GB)
Next 19 hours : 14.49GB uploaded (total 35.87GB)
Next 3 hours : 3.82GB uploaded (total 39.69GB)

These amounts aren't high for someone cheating but with a 0.66MB upload rate that should give him roughly 75KB/s. With that speed it should take about 4 hours to upload 1GB so to me this doesn't make sense. When I check his profile, it shows that his uploading at 250KB/s and that his client is sometimes closed and when it's opened then his not connectable.

I'm not sure what to do because these amounts are very small and I doubt that the tracker will catch him as long as he keeps these little speeds. The tracker doesn't know that his using only a 0.66MB connection so as long as he doesn't get greedy, I think his ok but I don't want to risk it.

I would ask if he is using a seedbox before jumping to any conclusions as he might be sharing one

I really don't think he is cheating. He is probably using a seedbox.

Maybe when he took speedtests he was seeding like hell and so
his upload rate was low.

All the speedtest were taken on different days but I guess it's possible that he just got a seedbox. So I should just ask for another speedtest?

His class goes from noob to uploader so I would say he has got his self a seedbox or a better connection ;)
