Local dates/times on forum
The dates and times on the forum are all in the timezone of the forum. I think it would be useful if the users local timezone was used to display these times/dates. For example, if I wanted to bump a thread it is actually hard to figure out how long it was last posted, as T-I time is 16 hours different than my time! So when my post says it was "December 30th" I think it was yesterday because I'm Dec 31st, but T-I site is already on Jan 1st!

I agree, thought about the same exact thing today....
this should be possible to do in a site of this size
Just go to your User CP --> Edit Options --> Date & Time Options --> Time Zone: Change it to your respective GMT & you're done
