Using RSS feeds on private trackers
Is anybody using them with great success? I just wonder how often you get duplicates or mistaken downloads. It seems that with so many versions of the various torrents coming out, wouldn't you get two slightly different version of the same movie or tv show at times?

That's why you have to set filters. You will download duplicates if there are propers, but you could always add exclude filters or set minimum intervals to avoid downloading files twice over. There should be tons of guides out there; but if you need some assistance, you could PM me on IRC and I'll gladly walk you through it. Edit: I'm going to sleep so nevermind.

I just wanted to find out if it works in practice. I guess TV episodes are mostly fine, it is things like movies I was wondering about, sometimes they come out with 1.6 GB version, 2.3GB version, 3.5GB version, etc... I suppose it makes less sense to use RSS for movies though.
