No, the invites are being offered because people aren't reading all the rules carefully. If this changes, i believe staff would let us know.

I'm pretty sure that official recruitment thread held by JustJenna is still the only place to ask and receive BTN invite on T-I.
--- it doesn't matter if she's sick or not, she'll be the only one handing out invites to BTN. Till otherwise, this stays as it is. If anything will happen an announcement will be made.
