Help With "No Seeding"

Mu Problem that after downloading torrent , the torrent status change to "seeding" but nothing is seeded or , a slow speed shown and later disappear , this pic :
You cant seed if there is no peer connected to you, that means, if no one is downloading from you, you are not seeding.
Besides, if there is other seeders with a better speed than you, they will get priority in seeding.
I can see that your first torrent is seeding fine, the 3 not seeding at all has no leecher. So don't worry, your connection is fine, just wait. In IPT, download more freeleech and seed them, eventually you will make a good ratio, and also keep them seeding even no one is leeching, for that, you will get bonus point which could be converted to upload.
If there are so much seeders as in some of you torrents, its hard to seed. Especially if there are other with a much higher speed they are connected to, like kingscorpion wrote. Else you have to look that you download the files when they are new, so there will me much more others who will download from you.
Other thing could be that your router maybe have to get set up a bit (port forwarding, server settings and so on).
Freeleech is a good option to build up ratio of course, just remember to keep seeding it, because packages will get snatch from time to time and as bigger they are as more you can seed on it.
