Thread: RSS feed for movies?

Recently I started using RSS feeds to keep up with downloading my series. Amazing hack for the lazy! Currently I'm using Torrent Episode Downloader, which seems to work pretty good.

So I was thinking; is there any comparable software out there that'll easily let me add movies as an RSS feed? I tend to forget quite easily what movies I'd like to see that aren't released yet, so when they do I'm quite likely to miss them. It would be nice to be able to add a certain movie to some piece of software with some easily definable characteristics (like 1080p, x264 etc etc) and have the software download the movie automatically once the movie is released.

What I usually do is to use Google Reader. I congregate all my feeds in gReader and later I had the download myself to jDownloader (which is a download software written in Java - pretty good and reliable).
Do you have a RSS client like gReader? If not, you should ;) it's a great help.
If you find what you're looking after (which I think will be hard to find) please post it.

you could use chatzilla and the auto downloader plugin except this would'nt be rss but would produce the same result. alternatively you could use utorrent's built-in rss downloader and set the filters there. with the second method the tracker you're using has to have an rss feed.

Is it possible with RuTorrent?
