What is some computer programs.apps that lets you track cell phones?
Something i would find on torrent trackers?

Track location? Log calls or messages? Record conversations? What exactly are you looking for? Furthermore, it depends on the type of phone. Furthermore still, in most cases, you'd need some type of hardware attached to or in close proximity of the phone.

@AllAround - tell us what type of phone you use, that would be much simplier.

by tracking you mean GPS location? i think the whole system is software protected and if you could find a app for that, it would be illegal to use it.

why don't you just ask the person you called, where he/she at?

Haha, too true. Firstly you need direct access to the phone and, supposing it can install applications, install a tracking software. Some of these are even these are triggered by events such as removal of the SIM card, etc.

That's good stuff IMAGINE, I'm going to get it and make a career out of blackmailing, haha.

I think there are some web services for this, you sign up and they send you a code to your phone. So you cant track any one without their knowledge (if u dont borrow the phone and send the code to it)

theres some but mostly scams, or "pranks" which pratically isnt funny at alle, they sshow u ur own location so ur friends will be like WOOOOW

this is why my phone has a lock on it and i never let it leave my sight :D
