Default How to setup Windows Server 2008 as Seedbox from scratch??

There are some good guides for linux seedbox in this forum thanks to the great MikeD
But I can't seem to find stuff related to a Windows seedbox setup... Maybe I'm not using the correct terms for google so please advice if this is the case...

Yeap I know Bill & M$ is evil but I've been told that nothing beats Windows server when it comes to encoding.. So basically the decision to move on started there

I know this may seem to be stupid questions but I've not used Windows Server before and I don't even know how to initially connect to the server to install stuff... I'm basically trying to know how to:
    1) how to connect to server and add a superuser
    2) how to install & setup utorrent
    3) how to install & setup ftp & http for downloading contents
    4) how to install & setup streaming movie to home pc
    5) server maintenance & server security, disable root login etc

    Thanks in advance

    1) When you install the server you will setup the Administrator account and a password. Use this info when connecting via Remote Desktop
    2) Setup uTorrent as you would on your PC
    3) Not sure what you mean here
    4) I use XBMC as player on my PC (media center), and have a shared folder on my NAS with all the movies in it. You could make a shared folder on your Windows server as well.
    5) No such thing as a root password, but make sure that the password for the Administrator account is not easy to guess if the server is directly accessible from the internet.

    3)
    Option 1: Ultra Simple
    HTTP: HFS.exe

    Option 2:
Once IIS is installed: FTP: Creating and Configuring FTP Sites in Windows Server 2003

Unrelated: Why are you using Windows anyway? :)
