Torrent-Invites Master Rules
General Rules
Every site has them and you should most definitely read over these rules before you get started using the site and check them from time to time to see if there are any additions.
There is a zero tolerance for duplicate accounts. You will be found and banned from the site.
No flaming other members!
No offensive nicknames, avatars, or signatures. This includes (but is not limited to) religious, political, or sexually explicit materials. Mods have discretion over what is considered offensive.
Do not use foul language
No advertising any other site in any posts, replies, topics, signatures, pm's, emails!
Do not use a proxy
Do not fight or argue with Mods!
Do not ask for rep or thanks, even as a condition of a giveaway. Rep is given freely.
Do not tell any tracker that this site exists or reveal where you got a invite from!
Do not reveal your email in a thread! You may give it out in PM at your own risk
Do not spam: this includes double posting, creating more than one intro, bumping in less than 48 hours, off-topic posting and making useless comments, like "thanks". Use the thanks button if you want to show your gratitude!
Do not hijack other peoples threads!
Do not provide ratio proofs that do not belong to you. This should be common sense. Anyone caught faking their proofs will be banned instantly.
Do not cheat, scam, or lie.
Do not ask for invites to a tracker you've already been invited to.
Do not attempt to trade, buy, or sell invites.
You are only allowed to use the following image hosting sites: imageshack, photobucket, imagebam, and tinypic
Do not post hidden images or links in your signature or in PM.
Do not play the mods against each other! If you try to divide and conquer you will be banned permanently.
Rep cheating is a serious issue. Do not attempt to game the system.
If you open a giveaway you are expected to complete it.
By the request of the staff of certain trackers please use tracker abbreviation whenever possible and refrain from posting url's - especially to higher level trackers whenever possible.
If you are suspicious of a tracker moderators presence here report him to a staff member!
Members are also cautioned to not reveal real usernames and blank out ratios until only 1 digit remains. Also when agreeing on a giveaway do so in pm not on the thread itself and wait a few hours before sending invites to each other. This is to avoid trackers banning people by watching giveaways unfold in threads.
USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION. Duplicate threads will be dealt by either an infraction or ban.
Members will try to answer to the best of their ability.
Introductions
Do not steal other people's intros! Users who copy someone elses intro, or who use a template found on another site, will be banned. Be original!
Now as you all had to follow the rules for being accepted into this site you should be well aware of the rules to rep someone else in. There has been a lot of complaints about people repping in members who did not follow rules. If you are found doing this you will receive a strict warning and then a ban from the site if you repeat the behavior. If you are not sure what's allowed view the below link and go over the Introduction Template before you rep someone in.

ONLY MEMBERS WHO HAVE REACHED 55% OR HIGHER ARE ALLOWED TO GIVE REP TO NEW MEMBERS. DO NOT POST IN THE INTRO SECTION UNTIL YOU HAVE REACHED THIS LEVEL.

- Don't pm people for invites! Warnings are automated! -
Any infraction, iGiver notification, and the like that you get is automated! Responding that you're sorry or explaining just fills up inboxes. If you get a warning or a infraction, take it, enjoy it, and start reading stickies so you don't get another one. It will never ever get in your way because they only matter after you've gotten several (then you get banned). Please take time to read the stickies in the forum you want to post in. They make your time and everyone else's much more enjoyable.
-Don't PM people asking for invites.-
Don't pm people asking for invites. It's annoying. Also giving out invites from within PM's is prone to scamming. Don't make a deal inside a PM!! Only send a PM asking for invites if the member is giving them out and they ask you to!!
-If someone has helped you, give them a rep point-
If you look to the top right corner there should be asymbol in every post. Please, if anyone is benefiting from a users post, click it and say I approve. Similarly, there is a thanks button attached to each post. Clicking the thanks button gives the poster rep and is appreciated much more than a spammy "nice giveaway" type of post.

Posting guidelines
Recently we decided to change the format of titles when posting in the invite section to keep the board index neat and clean. Schuwe has put together the guidelines on what you need to do now when you submit your giveaways so make sure you take a look. Otherwise you will get a warning and/or an infraction.

Trading
Trading Rules
Trading is not allowed at T-I! Don't do it! If we find you have traded, whether on the forum, in pm, or anywhere else on the Internet, you will be permanently banned from the site. This is your only warning.
Account Giveaways
Account giveaways are prohibited at T-I. This includes fresh, unused accounts. It is considered a form of trading and is disallowed. Anyone found to be giving or accepting accounts, here or anywhere on the Internet, can and will be permanently banned. Don't do it!
Traders List
There is a list of known traders which was kept up to date when trading WAS allowed. It is helpful for users to look-up known traders before giving out invites which can be found here and is very useful information;

iGivers
iGiver is right next to the post count. The higher a person's iGiver, the more trustworthy he is. Of course admins/mods are the most trustworthy and generally will not have any iGiver because they engage in no trades etc.
When someone gives you an invite, iGiver them! Do this when receiving an invite from a member. It's simple to do and only takes a second to show your appreciation. The iGiver submission form can be found to the left hand side of the posts.

Infractions
An infraction is like a red card, if you get too many you will be banned temporarily. If you continue to get infractions, you will be banned for life. Any time you break the rules, you get an infraction.
The Chopping Block
If you believe you have been unfairly treated by a member on the site you may post in this section of the site for the matter to be dealt with by staff.
