Why is it that some countries are banned? Sorry if this question has been asked a lot.

It is because most of their users from that country have been banned/disabled or gave the staff too much problem.
There are also some trackers that are for one country in specific so all the foreign are banned to prevent colectors.
Xenophobia has never been a reason... at least i want to believe that.
