For fiction, I recommend you check out gigapedia.com

Though not a tracker it's an excellent resource for books. You do have to become a member to actually get access to the books, though. Registration is open and books come in different sorts of formats but can be easily converted to your chosen format. Most of their material is found in PDF.

beyond BitME also tracker bitspyder have more material for e-learning....for me these two are the best ones and the most supplied

iptorrent not have more argoument.... bitspyder and bitme is only for e-learning and i think is the best...!!!
