    Hey everyone,

I need to find a math book for my university course but cant seem to find it anywhere, illegally I guess in this thread you can post if you are looking for anything specific so the other users may be able to help you out!

All together we have access to lots of trackers with unique materials right? Maybe you can even download the file, if it's a small ebook, pdf etc (like in my case) and upload it to sites like rapidshare, megaupload etc so a non-member can get it? I'm not talking about blue-ray movies from HDbits though! xD

Anyway here's the book i need to find is!
Elementary Linear Algebra: Applications Version 10 Edition

    Link with picture: http://www.powells.com/biblio/65-9780470432051-0
    Author: Howard Anton
    ISBN13: 9780470432051
    ISBN10: 0470432055

If anyone can help me find it I'll be really grateful.

Yea thanks, but the 10th edition is a lot different and it was released just about four weeks ago. Why do they keep changing books like every year!

9th edition is pretty much on many public sites. I just have the trackers in my sig, so cant check.
When was the torrent upploaded? Coz the book was released less than a month ago. Can you please check (my first post) to see if the authour or isbn nr matches. (if that's provided into the torrent info)
    Thanks

I could only find the 9th edition as well. Since it was only released four weeks ago, you may need to bite the bullet and buy it. Luckily though if you have an amazon account you can resell college books for near the same value fast. (I resell all my books and most get sold same day)

It was released recently so that makes it a lot harder to find. If it's available on PDF then I'm sure you can get it for cheap somewhere. Sometimes the books are scanned in but that takes a lot of time and effort. Can you wait a few months or is this urgent?

So the publishers can charge exorbitant prices for the new book, and rule out used books as an alternative. All of which contributes to higher education becoming a racket in the US, and the price of it is literally beginning to make not going to college a better financial move for many young people these days. There are studies that show this clearly.

Just wanted to answer that, sorry to get OT.

Even if the prices are high, like I said, they sell fast. All my college books sold the same day I put them on Amazon and I got most all, if not all my money back on all of them due to that. College books are in high demand during the beginning of semesters, so they usually sell fast. Never sell them back to the school, since that's a huge rip off.

Thanks. Yea i may need to buy it. We're just gonna use it for 6 weeks and 150$ for that is just pure BS! And beside it's just one of many... I don't have an Amazon account and the swedish market aint that big without huge rip-off!

Good point, agreed. I was in NY recently and discussed that fact with a friend. It seems a lot harder in the US though, I study at the largest University in Sweden "The royal institute of technology" and the education is completely free for us citizens.. We even get paid for studying..
