Yeh, the interview isn't that hard. Just know info on different bitrates and such. If you take it once and fail, just look over what they ask you and you will probably pass the second time.
There are also leaked interview transcripts on the internet but don't use them. Also, the best interviewee is tropolist, she's a friend and doesn't ask as much questions. If you get an interview with _5moufl, expect to spend about 10 hours. All the staff on the interview channel are very friendly.
Why don't they keep it simple. God this is tough.
