    Hey,

As the title sais just managed to delete my folder with all files i had upleaded. about 1.3tb of movies.

What i need now is a really good recovering tool. i have never managed to do something like this before so it would be nice if the program would have been kinda userfriendly.

I recommend using "Easeus data recovery wizard professional" it was effective to me. It keeps folders organized and it's easy to use too :) Good luck on that tough situation..

    1. Don't do any further action on the HDD ( adding new files on it)
    2. Try this software: GetDataBack for NTFS

There are more programs to recover data, but just this is crossing my mind right now.
Dont really know if you would be able to 100% recover all yours files, but as far as you didn't downloaded new files there is a chance that the files are still on the HDD.

Also give a try to Easy Recovery. With this programme I recovered an entire photo album.
However I'm not sure whether any of these programmes will work with large files (such as movies and especially hd if you had any).

    Anyway, Good luck !!!

it was 153 720/1080p, seems that noone of the programs i have tested can "recover" bigger files then like 3.5 gb, and usually both 720 and 1080 is over that size:S

looking for something now that is made for "big size files"

Have you tried Norton's Recovery Software? They should be able to recover large files. But as the other folks said make sure your installing these applications to a separate drive otherwise you risk overwriting data sectors on the disk you erased the movies on.

You always try Recuva. You can't really go wrong with freeware and I've managed to cover some important files in the past as well.

Try PC Inspector(http://www.pcinspector.de/Default.htm?language=1), I have heard good things about this software.

This. We use it all the time at work and it's never lets us down yet. It's user friendly and easy to operate, will take some time to recover your files though.
