demonoid question?
when i try logging into the site a blank page appears and this is in the address bar "http://www.demonoid.com/error_messages.php?error_id=2"
i tried e-mailing demonoid but got no response, and my ratio was in good standing i just am frustrated with this, does anyone know what to do or can they recomend a site that has just as large collection of movies?
Not sure about the error message that you are getting, however with regards to movie sites there are several. I recommend that you have a look at the tracker reviews here and see which one would satisfy your needs. Alternatively you could always pop into irc and have a word with some of the members in there and ask about their experiences reagarding movie trackers.

A site that has a large collection of movies would have to be Passthepopcorn or C*, both are the best out there
That looks like an issue on their end. Have you tried entering in a fake user name password to see what happens? If it goes to that screen - it could mean you've made a mistake with your own login and password.
If it doesn't then there could be an issue with your account and you should try to contact them as TankGirl suggested
It seems everything is fine in Demonoid at least at this precise moment, can't say if something happened when you report this... Please try again, if you don't succeed maybe it's a problem with your account or a bug or something...
As for the movies tracker you already got very good suggestions

aside from the other trackers suggested TehConnection or TC is another good tracker for movies as well as other general sites like TL,RevTT also theres quite a few low level trackers with great content too thats open most of the time check out the open tracker section or the link at the top of the page next to the irc link or button whatever you want to call it ;p
Demonoid is basically the bottom of the barrel... not much above TPB. You're better off with something else anyway.
Revtt has quite a bit of selection of movies and good blu-ray rips. Like balk said demonoid is down there.
The error_id=2 message means you're banned. Normally the only reason demonoid will ban you is from uploading files that contain malware/viruses.
However this can also be a error by mistake if you live in japan where some can't access the site.
Hope that clears that message up for you.
But really, as others have said, demonoid isn't worth trying to keep but if you do want it back there's plenty of invites available...
