i want to know what the range of HDbits accepted , in my country ,
i'm in isreal and i want to know what the ranges are banned in HDbits.org , and if i can login from my Home or just from server :)

Well, I searched a bit and only some ip's are banned in Israel.
You can try opening their site and if works or not. If not use ur seedbox and try it!

i can open it , and i have account there i got the invite before more than 6 months and i just login from my Server , and i can open it in my home ,
is thats mean its not banned , or like SCC its banned from my country and i can open it :)

Just a small note for what McLovin said. Some trackers will ban you if you try to register / apply through a proxy... Better ask on their IRC first if they allow it.
