From a seedbox you can't browse the net - that you would need a dedicated server to :)

You simply use a seedbox with the Torrent client WebUI and download the torrents from the seedbox via FTP etc :)

i know that. just wondering if it were possible to download the stuff directly to my pc.
My net connection has been very slow for the past couple of days and I am having problems downloading my stuff viz ftp. its too slow so it keeps getting timed out and connection breaks.

Nope, that wont be possible :)

And the FTP connection's download and upload depends on your own up/download, that might be the problem with your FPT Access.

Actually, yes it is possible. If u have ssh access u can tunnel the connection to your browser and utorrent to use your seedbox IP at home. The only issue is it wont be as fast as your seedbox but it would help/work. Also, if u somehow have proxy access on your seedbox then this is another way of doing it.

well your provider normally would of gave u the ssh details. This is usually on port 22. U can download Putty for windows and try to connect to your server on port 22 with the details your provider gave u. U may be able to connect through ssh and just dont know it. If not then u need to ask your provider if they have proxy access or if they can enable ssh for u.
