Thread: Problem registering at Bit-HDTV

Hey you guys
I just received an invite for Bit-HDTV and tryied to register
But something happened
When i was at the form page, i put all my info (username, email, pw, etc) and clicked on register
But my internet connection failed and went off for a few seconds
When it returned, i wasnt able to continue the registration
It said that i had already succeed in registrating and should now login
Tryied to login but a message saying that the username was incorrect or didnt exist showed up
Then i tryied to click on the link in my email that i received the invite again, but a message with an error showed up and now i cant register, as if the invite that i received had already been registered =(
Anyone knows what should i do? If i can contact the staff in any form?

Try recovering your password using the email you specified and if your registration was successful you should receive an email asking if you want to change your password, if that is the case and you still can't login you might want to change the password since probably there was a problem at the time of your registration because of your connection and you should be all set.

Otherwise you can go to their IRC:

irc.p2p-network.net
Port: 6667
Channel: #BiT-HDTV

Although it might not be so useful since you need the key, but It is not allowed to post it publicly, hopefully the first option will work for you

Sadly i already tried to change my password but it says that my email isnt registered in their database or sth like that
So if i go to their channel on mirc, and tell them what happened to me, do you think i can proceed with my account or i will need another invitation? =(

try to talk to the person you got the invite from to see if its confirmed or inactive and ask if he can talk to staff about fixing it and explain what happened

i have issue also login (i receive invitation and sign up successfull ) but when i try to login username and password invalid
and it impossible to contact irc or recover login info. It s too bad.
