So do you want to share the same settings and torrents between the users in uTorrent? I mean when you log out with the first user and start uTorrent with the second user do you want to see the same torrents and continue the downloading?

If that's the case here is the solution:
    1. Copy uTorrent.exe to a directory that both user can read and write
    2. Move all files from c:\users\PRIMARY USER NAME\Roaming\Application Data\uTorrent to the directory you just created. I'm unsure in the exact location on Vista but you can enter to the correct directory by typing this to Explorer: %AppData%\uTorrent

Run uTorrent.exe from the directory created in the first step with all users. It will share the settings.

I usually just install everything for all users on the computer. That's the best way, IMHO. t installation, it allows to opt for all users or just you.

Best way to do it if you haven't already set the program to run for all users.
This manually makes the program accessible to all users. Like the guy above said, it's easier just to say "Install for all Users" when you're installing the program the first time.
