um,they won't tell me the reason on the IRC,but they said you still can connect with NickServ and ask them.

it won't say anything about the ban in his profile,only that the account disabled. to know the reason HE should contact a staff member,as i tried to do and the staff member told me that he can't tell me the reason and feno have to connect their IRC channel to get that information.

but connecting to IRC seems your only option feno unfortunately.
he said the account wasn't banned from the IRC ,so it shouldn't be a problem
