i suggest that you take some screenshots of the active files in your client showing the upload amount of each file,and send that to them as a proof
Im having the same problem and you my account was disabled and now i cant get on the irc cause it says i need a registed nickserve on waffles- help. how did you eventaully get on the irc?

i can say tracker staff doing mistake too, but usually they not ban in instant, they wait for few mistake (in cheating case). even on What.cd which they have the best coder. unless it too obvious on peerlist.
