Well what can i say, ive only been here less than a month and started off trying to up my ranking, chatting and getting involved with the community. Yesterday I tried posting in a couple of places for a iptorrents invite. But in the end Veritas helped me out with an invite to a different private tracker.

But just before that i had made a request for an iptorrents invite and then lie offered me an invite to iptorrents, which even though i said somebody helped me out with another private tracker he still offered it me. Then today when i checked my inbox i found two more offers for an invite to IPT from both Rebel702 and pure_contact.

You see cutting a long story short I wanted to know can I still give somebody Igiver for offering me invites even though i didnt accept them, because it would be still good if you could give somebody something for offering it to you at least if you get me.

Hi,

I don't think that this is allowed but you can Thank them by using the 'thanks' button in their giveaway. This way you give them reputation instead if iGiver which in this case is more logical.
And as we use iGivers when the actual 'business' is done someone (who hasn't read this thread) may think that you received more ipt invites and put you on the chopping block.
