For today I have
2006 (№09,12) 2007 (№04-12) 2008 (all) 2009 (№01-04)
I will be glad for any valuable information or it is desirable references (if such are available)

Unfortunatly i think there isn't a "magic" place to find all the Placar magazines.
Probably you already know their website (Placar - Noticias, blogs e análises sobre futebol e o mundo do esporte).
With a little bit of patience you'll certainly find more numbers available in the web.
Google "revista placar number and/or year download" or "revista placar number and/or year baixar" and you will have several results
Note: revista = magazine; baixar = download
