Thread: Help with PTN (support email)

Hi there T-I :)



I just recently got accepted into PTN with their open signup. But I ran into a problem.

As said I made an application for their open signup and got accepted. Then I created my account succesfully, and all seemed to work. When I then tried login with my newly created account it said that my username or password was incorrect (I was 100% sure that it was correct), but I tried renewing my password anyway, and got an email with my new password sent to my registered mail. (so the registration must have been somewhat succesful, as the email was correct.) I got a new password and tried that, but still got the same message saying my username/passsword was incorrect. Now I have tried too many times and they IP-banned me because of too many incorrect login attemps.

I have tried to search for a support email to them. But cant seem to find it anywhere. So I was hoping I could get help with their email address here :)

thank you for your advice Jschro14, I have now tried that, but the IRC channel from the link you gave me seems to be empty :/

I have found another irc channel, but I need an invite to join that one :S

Any help is still appriciated
