Thanks for the info mate, my box comes from france and that might be whats going on with mine also.
I will try that but how do i do it correctly is it easy to do?

I like VisualRoute traceroute: connection test, trace IP address, IP trace, IP address locations, you can also do it from your home instructions here.

here is a question when my time expires for the box will i still be able to download all the files to my pc or i have to do this before my slot is up????

Depends on your provider, but usually u need to get all the file u want off the box before your slot expires. Once your slot expires, your access to the server is cut-off. Some providers give u an extra two days or so to do this, but again most providers dont.

Actually, i did have Xirvik before, but i had root access and set the box up myself, so im not sure if they would do it any different that way. Anyway, when my box expired they cut me off right away and i didnt have any extra days with it. So u might want to get your files off before it expires. I doubt they will give u any extra unless u ask them to. Your welcome by the way.

From my exp with them, they wipe your data with a quickness. They told me i had 48 hours to grab my data and it was wiped within 12.

WOW they didnt even give you the whole 48 hours ? thanks for the heads up guys im trying to grab my data right now and their packs wtf lol? but the rest i dont care about if anything I will download them from another tracker which i started doing anyway cause of my ftp taking to long and its working for me I got a few of my sites well buffered now im trying to become PU in a few still before my times up I might get another box in late march/april i dont know yet but I think im good for now

The main problem with OVH is routing. They route fairly well to .eu but outside .eu it's very hit and miss. Maybe they just don't peer with anyone your ISP peers with. Transit is given low priority so all you can do is use multiple threads and hope for the best.
