does any one know a good tracker that specifically has goodies of video editing programs such as the after effects? like plug-ins, templates and stuff like that?

Well I'd think any 0day/general tracker would have those things. RevoTT and IPT have hits for After Effects. I would also imagine Docspedia has plugins since it's eLearning related. Hope that helps bud.
