    Default Trouble being connectible

After joining What.CD, I found out that I was not connectible. I followed many of the tutorials on this website and many others, yet I am reaching no progress. I thought that maybe someone here could help me out as to why I am not connectible.

First of all, my uTorrent client settings(Port 62093):
    My Wi-fi Settings:
    CMD(ipconfig /all):
    Port Forwarding settings:
    and my failure to connect:

I only have Windows Firewall enabled, with Private and Public access enabled to uTorrent. Even if Windows Firewall is disabled, I am still not connectible.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Try adding the port in windows firewall i may be that when it's disabled you are connectable. Btw you haven't mentioned antivirus

I did mention that even with firewall disabled I am not connectible.
and I use AVG for anti-virus. I'm not sure how to configure that though.

Well for one it's not AVG doing the blocking as it doesn't have a firewall. First make sure that UTorrent is the latest version, then try manually assigning a random port to both uTorrent and then putting the exception in the Linksys Apps & Gaming tab. When you do the forwarding try and put the start port one below your port and the end one above. For example if you chose port 2222 in uTorrent start the exception at 2221 and end it at 2223. Try a couple different ports, and report back :)

es but what are you using to test connectibility? Trackers would have a time lag which is probably longer than you left it off for, the best way to test is the yellow ! will turn into a green tick in utorrent at the bottom.

I think that he is using Canuseeme.org which as far as I know doesn't have a lag. But Moo you're right the trackers often do take awhile to update.

Press "Cntrl + G" in Utorrent and click on "Test if port is forwarded properly". If an error page is shown, probably something is blocking your port.

Already tried that. It's showing up as an error. I know something is blocking my port(since all these tests mention that my port is not open), but I don't know how to open the port.

Is your Linksys directly connected to internet? Or is there still any hardware between? Did you try to remove your Linksys and connect your pc directly to the internet (do it only for a short test please!)?
I had a similiar problem about six months ago. Sometimes I was connectable, sometimes I was not without changing my configuration. It turned out that my modem wasn't working correctly. After replacing it, all was fine.
