Nevertheless , it's an important question : people get banned for various reasons

1) Dupe Accounts

2) Cheating , Scamming , asking for more than one invite for a tracker and attempting to join a previously banned tracker .

well if you spam, if you dont obey the rules, you will be surely banned. It will be unavoidable to get banned if you do something against the rules. It is a tool to keep this community into order. It doesnt matter what rank do you have to get banned, i am one of them who has been banned once, so if they have banned me, they will ban everybody else below me !

I would normally fill in rules and ways to not get banned here.
Since the OP didn't heed my unsaid warnings i'll link the rules.

BTW to mods/staff I really think that the location of the rules should either be changed or a copy should be made in general discussions. Better yet an easily accessible link in the header of the site next to forums is definitely a good idea. It is way too hard right now to even find the rules, especially when they're in a thread called "New Member Guide" in introductions.

I agree with that rules need to be more accessible.
