I might be confusing your question. I'm not sure if you want to create a torrent file and seed on some tracker or privately do so like the links I've pasted above. Either way, the principal steps are there.

To me it sounds like you are looking for your statistics? If so, then go to help > show statistics.
Maksimir gave the help i needed. thanks man. and I guess the how to make a torrent was helpful. not to me, but to someone else. haha. sweet stuff.
