That link rocco posted may be of some help. If not there are plenty of tutorials that may in the "Tutorial" section. Just use the search bar

    Hope that helps

I think it's the other way around Sam. Your uploading speed will always be a lot slower than your downloading speed. At least, that's the way it is in the U.S.

Well by the looks of it OP, you are trying to seed torrents with no leechers. This means that there is no-one trying to download off of you. Also, try running a speed test at Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test and see what your upload speed is, because it may low. So even with several leechers you may still not upload quickly.

hey don't know if u found the solution yet but I had this problem too.

You need to check the site where you are downloading from and see how many leechers there are really because utorrent ,after a while, builts up the peers. While there aren't any leechers.

By clearing your peer list @ right click advanced. You will get to see the real amount of peers plus if someone only downloads a partial for instance only the movie and not the sample. They will be registered as a leecher even though they finished their download.

    and of course be connectable.

man, by the looks of it, you can't even connect to your peers... figure out why ur not connecting first. maybe you can change the port numbers in utorrent settings. That's the first thing you do... then maybe u should check the site if they blacklist any port ranges... so you gotta make sure not to have those ports that are banned. Erm usually the site might have something that says "YOU ARE NOT CONNECTABLE" on the site, sites such as SCT has it i know of. well that my experience i know, otherwise just do what others say.

botykorea thats very unlikely. utorrent might give peers but that doesnt mean they belong to the corresponding tracker he needs to clear the list first.

blacklisted ports would result in red flags and not green flags (if its a proper tracker)

based on the SS provided, I see the seed/leech ratio isn't optimal and I shall assume there are a few to none leechers and ah hella lot of seeders so its not that uncommon that he doesn't get any upload.
