There is alot of information in there forums. There is a 1gb buffer before you need to worry about your ratio. TTC and 3d categories are usually good for a ratio boost, partial seeding helps alot at bitme.

That depends on the iterations of your perception of heaven and earth.

I would recommend you to start downloading "small" files, I mean do not go looking for things that you want that are several days old because most likely they won't have many leechers and you will begin to frustrate because you can't upload almost anything, star downloading the most recent files available and keep it simple, lets say keep it under 1GB for your 1st download and see how does it go with your upload. That should get you starting with no problems.

As a last resource I believe they have a donating system that allows you to donate and receive GB uploads in return, not suggesting that you use that as your source, only if you find yourself in ratio trouble, but if you go slow and don't rush on big and old files you should be fine :)

Hope any of this works for you

another trick tht works gr8 is cross seeeding...esp stuff s like vtc, lynda..ccna mcse etc....gte them fast frm a 0day tracker like ipt/tl/TBy/TV etc and crossseed/rls them in bitme. by doing this u can up the ratio/buffer in bitme in no time....but it takes some work tho

    regards

Go into uTorrent select "Options", "Preferences", "UI Settings" then tick the "Don't start download automatically" then click APPLY and then OK
    Check this site out
Scene Releases | For your daily Scene and P2P releases
This site shows all the latest releases in the bittorrent world. Use one of the public tracker links to for a release. Find the same torrent on your private tracker (bitme). Download the entire public tracker file first, then right click and remove. Once thats done open the private tracker torrent, right click and select force re-check. After its re-checked the torrent you'll begin uploading the file but because you've downloaded it form a public tracker it won't count towards your download on your private tracker.
This is probably the fastest way to increase your ratio.

    Hope this helps
