Thread: Don't know what to do with TL - I am bored

I can already hear the waves of confusion coming from you lot over this.

I must be the first to be so pissed off at TL that I am asking you to help me get rid of it.

Problem is this, call me crazy and all, I was invited 2 weeks or so ago: went on a trip, came back and just hated the site.

Haven't downloaded anything.

Now I am going to say that I love music, I love music so much that I don't care what else TL offers me. Now TL's music is ok, and "ok" isn't good enough for me. Yes fast pre-times and all but I have a social life and I don't care which minute an album is pumped out into the scene. Waffles, TPB and demonoid do that all for me.

I don't watch movies and i can get apps from anywhere. Hell TBP saves my arse when it comes to that (go figure - public tracker humphh).

The site design in IMO is just crap. I am very picky over these things.

Now my inviter - Oi3 probably thinks I am a collector or something but for the past week I've been thinking how much I hate TL's DL wait times - makes pretimes redundant really.

Now, how do I get rid of it? If I do want back in; in the future and my account is disabled due to inactivity can I re-sign up?

if the wait time disappears, will that ease you ? If yes, you only need to overcome the 7GB UL, right?
It needs patience and thorough search on *good torrents without wait times. TL is indeed difficult for newly joined members.
There is also Xseeding option, but again it will only help little by little, since TL has better pretimes than others.
But nevertheless if you arent that patient, and have some money to donate, being VIP will also remove ur wait time. Then you can buffer a lot, and just leave your account for future usage. Dont close it.

If yo want you can ask an admin there to close it. this way in the future you can rejoin if you want.

All my seeding time is donated to waffles. Even if the wait times disappear, theres nothing I want. I cross checked a lot of torrents. Movies can easily be found on PTP that are exactly the same on TL and apps...well I can find them anywhere.
I think this is a very honest mini review of TL.
If you spend your whole life in front of the computer waiting for new content then this is for you. If you come back in a day or so that same content would of leaked to the other less hard to seed trackers.
The same can't be said for music. It just doesn't happen.
At this moment TPB has a copy of bruno that has the same release group as TL's and a time difference of 3 and a half hours between leaks. Same copy. No difference.

Maybe an invite to GFT is in order. :001_smile:

I agree wtfmate, I didn't like it either. I don't know if my account is still there.
Not because of the waittimes, but there was nothing I wanted there that wasn't on another tracker I am a member of.
