Thread: BCG ratio question

Hi there BCG member.

I have a question about the ratio systems on BCG.

As I'm sure you are aware, there are 2 ratios on BCG called ratio and actual ratio.

Ratio is what is displayed on the main page which includes the seed points you have collected.

Actual ratio is simply up/down as you get on a normal tracker.




My question is, which am I supposed to pay attention to, am I going to get banned if my actual ratio drops below a certain point, or is it just the seed points included ratio.

What do they both represent, any and all information will be GREATLY appreciated..

Hey mate, I think what you should be paying attention is the full ratio, and I talked to the mods once and they are not that restrictive about ratio, i mean you will get banned for a horrible rate or hit and run, but not if you get your ratio on the right track and you are looking to fix it. one thing they are absolutely strict about is cheating. so that´s is a big no there.

Yeah it's what I figured to be honest.

Thought it was worth checking at the risk of getting banned from such a high end site :).

pay attention to your hit and runs. if you have an exclamation next to any of your torrents you need to seed them more.
