I use Kaspersky 2010 works like a charm, hard to find working keys though. Must have people permanently employed just to blacklist keys lol.

Im using windows 7 and i use eset-nod32 which works great, kaspersky is awesome but like thedeh said its very difficult to get good working keys,i used it for a short while but i was always getting blacklisted keys,i guess they are on top of piracy.
Plenty of good cracks and keys for eset and it seems to catch all the bad guys.

Yeah its a bit of a shame they blacklist so quick, we need some keys released on more private sites like ScT etc so they stay working for longer. I was actually considering buying kaspersky... nah lol, who am I kidding.

I tried using ESET NOD 32 but when I tried to run it after the install completed, it came up with a error that said "Trouble communicating with Kernel" or something like that and wouldn't start up. How did you get it to run?

ESET, Kaspersky, and Avira are all 100% compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 7. If you have to use an AV it should probably be one of these 3. Out of all of them Avira is the easiest one to generate a valid key for, as you can google any promotion and get a 3 month key for their security suite genuine.

Ive had eset for a while now ronwd, i guess it depends on where you downloaded it from and which one you got? im assuming you got it as a torrent and didnt buy it? the torrent i got was the one where you enter the crack and it keeps resetting itself after every 30 days,i just have to re-boot before the 30 days is up then i get a new 30 days.
There must be plenty of torrents around for eset but im not sure why your getting the error mate, sorry.

Yeah brilliant idea!!! why dont people think to give keys out on good private trackers? the reason why all the keys get blacklisted is because they post them all on crappy sites like mininova and pirate bay.
Im shocked that these hackers go to all that trouble of getting good working keys but for some reason they post them all on the wrong sites.
