did you mean automatically download the torrent and start it?
There are: RSS (with some delay), X-chat, IRC plugin, and irssi
if you are on the tracker, it is very easy to find the tutorial

depends on what torrent client you are using. The only ones that actually work with mirc scripts and a webui is for utorrent. If you are using rtorrent/tf-b4rt and have access to ssh. you can use irssi scripts.

I am looking for one for rtorrent.

Can you give me more info? I am inexperienced when if comes to this. I am not sure if I have ssh access. I am checking now.
