if so, it works fine for me in Firefox 3.5 (alpha) and in IE.8
My suggestion would be that you clear all of your browser cache, and cookies and try again.

Ok... to debug this, the next step is to try the following things. Take your time, and do them one at a time, leaving the system less and less secure... until you find the culprit. Mind you, it could also be the version of IE... did you update lately ?:
1) ensure you have JavaScript enabled (Advanced options)
2) Cookies enabled (not sure this matters)
3) Try lowering your privacy restrictions in Tools->Internet Options by lowering both Security and Privacy restrictions
4) turn off popup blocker
5) turn off inprivate filtering (IE8)
6) shut off your firewall/anti-spam software
Does any of these things work ?
7) Oh yeah, download ccleaner from here, and use it to clean up lots of cache/garbage from your computer and registery. It is free, and it is CLEAN of SPAM/SPYWARE! I've been using for years, and vouch for it.

About 7 - I'm well aware of CCleaner. I dont like it. I've been using Uniblue Registry Booster 2k9 & SpeedUpMyPC 2k9 instead of CC. I'm very software savvy my friend :001_tongue:
Firewall is - COMODO - exception added
AntiVir - ESET SS - exception added there too.
Like I said, I'll keep using mIRC.
