    Default Newbies and Igiver

    A small problem:
I just read a post where a newbie with 23 posts won a invite so good for him but bad for the donor.
Why: The system blocks all newbies under 50 posts to give a Igiver.
    Possible solutions:
    1. Allow newbies with under 50 posts to give a Igver however add something else to the mix so you know that the newbie is not just coming in and spamming with Igivers

    2. Code the newbies with under 50 posts so that they are not allowed to receive invites.

    3. If your a donor do not give your invites to anyone that is blocked to give you a Igiver.
    Peace

    Hey PJ,

It does not block igiver under 50 posts it blocks the ability to rep someone. I have given invites to people with few posts and still received igivers for it. Just a heads up..

    Hey,

Ya ive read that earlier, im not sure it could be a bug, I know I was able to give igivers below 50 posts..

Could be maybe hes doing something wrong.. no offense to him though. Well maybe somebody will give us a for sure answer on this.

Im sure, there is a problem or it is being blocked, because i was in the same situation as him, i tried everyday to give the dude an igiver but it never allowed me to, (URL Invalid). Then i hit 51 posts, and tired it with the same URL and it worked.

If it helps some, I iGiver'd twice and this is my 50th post I think. I could iGiver at 8 but I had a little problem with Chrome. I had to switch over to Firefox to do it.

Another thing that might be the problem is that maybe your Additional Comments is too short.

I dont think its the Additional comment, because it will tell you if its too short. Like no less that 10 words or something.

Hmm could it be a browser issue?
The way this site acts up it could be a number of things.
Hopefully Admin will take a look.

I received an invite to IPTorrents at 20 posts and no iGiver, so, I don't think you're right about that part. I will check out that thread. Most likely is a user problem.
