    Default iGiver problem

Trying to give this guy an Igiver thing but I can't do it. I get as far as the deal URL and then it's all 'invalid deal URL' at me. I thought it might just be the thread that was the problem, so I tried it with another URL and got the same error message.

Any ideas? Sorry if I've completely missed the answer but I've had a look round and not found anything specific to this.

A valid url should contain 'http://' protocol before 'www' and the rest - did you include it?

Adenai, Ive encountered this problem before. Its not the url itself. I thinks it has something to do with the privileges you have when you are below 50 posts. I thinks its like that to avoid noobs from just coming in and getting invites and leaving. I had to wait until i passed the 50 post mark before i could give an iGiver.

Yep! I guess maybe it is just the privileges? Shall wait til my post count hits 50 before I get any more invites.

Good idea. You don't want to be asking for invites as soon as you join, not the best idea. Good Luck!

Indeed. I totally forgot about it. Not sure whether I encountered it myself at the beginning but there's something flickering in my head telling me I did or at least read about it then. I need to collect all that info for the supersticky as well..

Please post the URL that you are trying to use for that iGiver. Also, is this the first iGiver that you are sending today?
