Hi all

I have problem with the downtime

I registered at 05-10-2009

and I'm still in downtime

and I can't see rep sign except mine ( I have one rep +1 and 2 rep -1 )

Plz help me

You need to have +5 rep points first in order to rep others.

You need to be junior inviter to rep - that means 50 post, at least 5 iGivers & a member on this site for at least 30 days.

According to the rules and your own words: Rules with Requesting

..a junior inviter is someone with: 33 percent = 50 posts + 5 reputation + 7 days at site.

So.. not 30 days at site as you say (which is a must for 55%, not 33%) and where did you get these iGivers from? I have 4 and I can rep since a long time. That's because they have nothing to do with the rank system!

Not sure about this, but looks like you copy/pasted this, hehe: Why I can't see the sign of rep on any profile ???

As we can see, the guy has already been told wrong once. This is the second time he asks about it.

+5 REP is all he needs right now as he matches the other criteria.

Why you got 2x -1 reps in the first place? And how much rep you have atm?

Anyway I just added to your rep that means +5 according to my rep power so you should be ok now. Don't make me regret that I helped you. Be a good member here and make sure you don't get more neg rep from now on. And if the ones you got already were not fair then contact a mod about it and have them removed.
