ratio proof cheater?

I just saw a ratio proof from an member of T-I who was requesting an invite to RevTT(will not post the name just yet). The proof is f***ed up. It's a proof from ipt and he/she has:
Uploaded: 88.xx GB
Downloaded: 10.xx MB
Ratio: 8.94
If he has Uploaded that much compared to what he has downloaded the ratio should be: 88 000 MB / 10 MB = 8 800.
So now to my question, should I just let it go cause it's not really my business or should I make a thread in the chopping block? What do you think?
