How do you guys play HD Video from your computer. Currently I have to modify it down to DVD quality to be able to. I use a PS3 Hard-Wired with Ps3 Media Server and have huge lag problems when doing HD. Anyone?
P.S: I'm NOT buying a BR Burner.

P.S: I'm NOT buying a BR Burner.
I re-encode them on my Mac Pro and ship them off to my server (Mac Mini) which then feeds them to my AppleTV connected to my 52" LCD TV.
um....as in like mkv stuff or what?

I use The KMPlayer. Works great for me and it has a nice interface/design too.
I checked out KMPlayer and it does look cool. I also use ZoomPlayer and XBMC for videos though.
I just play it on my computer using Media Player Classic (simple but powerful) any my 23'' wide-screen monitor.
I just use my popcorn hour to play it, HDMI connection to my TV
