Do so but be sure to PM the user as well here. Ask him for an explanation. Keep the PMs and if not convinced make sure you post in th Chopping Block here as well. No space for cheaters in TI as well so don't just ban him in the tracker but from this community. That ofcourse after you have talked it over with him first.
Either go into irc and just idle there until they help you out... sometimes ive had to wait over 1 hour to get help.
Otherwise you could just pm a staff member from the staff list on the site..
