Thread: autodl with bitgamer

I don't think autodl works on bitgamer or the .tracker file that comes with irssi is screwed up. I've checked every post about it from here or bitgamer & it does not work always 302 error. If there is any way to get it working the person(s) that know aren't sharing unfortunately.

uid and pass. When I did it I followed the instructions about writing the javascript and copying and pasting everything and it works for me.

Thats kinda contradictory & lacks any details whatsoever, I'll clarify. You say "uid and pass" but the instructions I'm assuming you mean the ones in irssi (newest gui version for rutorrent) says:
Go to the tracker & write javascript:document.innerHTML=document.cookie in the address bar and press enter. Select all and copy everything then paste it (Ctrl+V) in the text below.

The link results in alot more characters than just "uid and pass". This is the exact text that comes up (except numbers are fake) with that link:

So if you mean thats the info you put in the box thats alot more than "uid and pass". I should also note the pass that is generated by the link is completely different than the passkey on the user profiles page (which is advised to use in other threads on BG 'incorrectly I beleive'). So theres a few clarified issues that show its not as simple as just "uid and pass" & go heh.

I have the same problem! It's frustrating.

Hopefully someone knows how to fix it.

i just set up autodl to see what happens, ill report back once there is a new release announced

i just use it with the rss feed. so much easier.

tried a few different things, nothing worked. everything resulted in the error 302

tried the uid and pass from the cookie in uid=;pass= form, tried the entire cookie data from the javascript, tried the uid/pass using the passkey from my user profile, and then again the whole cookie data using my profile passkey as the pass.. nothing worked.

Yah I guess it is easier with rss, but I enjoy beating my head into a concrete wall until it gives =)
