Someone know how to contact a bithq staff member

The site is really awsome,but the staff there i've been in contact with, ...a lot og 11-13 year olds i think !

Ive been a member for 3 months,uploading good stuff,sharing and seeding 100% , bu , a member there,a moderator, have a thing sending me
PM's and gives me warnings for not seeding... i tried explaining that i have to turn the PC off sometimes..once a week,for a couple og hours..
for cooling it down... , so in that time,im off seeding..

they just disabled the account

thats irritating... if u sendt a email back, its game on! ..an you'll be disabled... need to get in contact with the owners..

anyone know how to?
