You got "video file download" ?
What's that? A software? If it is a software just uninstall it.
Sounds like you clicked on one of those ads that they sometimes put next to the "download .torrent/magnet" buttons. If its a software you downloaded check if it's on your list of installed programs, If it's there uninstall it. I also advise that you do a quick system scan with whatever anti-virus you have afterwards.
First of all: "Starting" (0%) members need to create an introduction (usually before requesting invites). If you create a good intro someone will upgrade your rank from Starting to 10%. NOTE: Starting members can still participate in most of the forum. However, you will not be able to request or give away invites, seedboxes, or tracker bonuses until your introduction has been accepted. The introduction process is designed to protect T-I members.
About your problem: The problem is that those programs usually installs not only itself, but a bunch of crappy software. If you are using Windows. Go to Control Panel / Programs and Features. Click on Installed On colum title, it will order programs by the installed date and time. Now right click over all the programs that you don't recognize and were installed around the date and time you clicked in that link there and click Uninstall.

The Seedbox From Scratch Script
I'm not a native english speaker and my writing and (even) understanding of the language is far, far away from fluent, so, if you, native english speaker or not, have enough linguistic proficiency and found something in my words wich you are absolutely certain that is a grammar or spell error, please, feel free correct me by PM or even expose it (so people learn from my errors), just don't go (too) off topic and don't make me more unsure than I already am.
Those can be pretty annoying.. I honestly would just do a system restore if you're using windows.
Clobber time!
I'd also check the system autostart settings (i.e. list of programs that automatically start up on system boot) and disable all the software that is not needed. You can try msconfig (hit Win Key and R simultaneously to bring up the Run dialog box) or the Autoruns program by Sysinternals, which is a bit more advanced.
