I have 3 torrents at Waffles, one of them I'm the only seeder to 22 leechers, but the torrent won't upload. In uTorrent it says "working" and stuff, but it's not uploading >:(

Hi are you connectable i.e. do you have your port fowarding configured properly on your router?
Screenshot please & what is torrent name? Could be partial leecher.
You've probably already checked this, but just in case - is your version of uTorrent accepted by Waffles? There's a few uTorrent versions on their banned client list.
It must be your client as i can upload to waffles without a problem, i have recently uploaded 10 torrents in the last week there.
Remember too, in waffles on the main browse page after you upload the torrent it will still say 0 seeds and 0 leeches for a little bit on the main browse page. But if you click on the torrent and scroll to the bottom of the description it will show seeds and leeches there...
Your best bet is to find out what clients are accepted there and downgrade if you have too....
On first torrent , everybody stuck on 99.97. So i believe you need to Force Re-Check torrent again.
Done this first, and let see after that.
edit : what is outcome? i see everybody still stuck?

Stop torrent, restart client, force recheck. Should start working unless you don't get 100% of the torrent after rechecking which could be due to error in the .torrent or some other reason I'm not familiar with.
Well, I did everything you guys said. And nothing of it helped, I'm on ratio watch, can this be the problem? Since I have to re-download the torrent after uploading it?

You don't need to download the .torrent after uploading it. It's for trackers which insert your passkey into the .torrent once you upload it. Even in such a case, you can just manually add the passkey. Unlike those trackers, in waffles you add your passkey when creating the torrent, so there is no need to redownload it. Some trackers have restrictions on uploading new torrents when you are on ratio watch. Could it be that? I thought your torrent got stuck at 90% or so.

Try deleting the torrent (without removing the data) and re add it to your client and do a force recheck. I have seen this work for an user.
