Just want to ask, why you link your Ipad to ebay?

Bibliotek and Brokenstone are great trackers for what you're asking for.

For E-book content Bibliotik hands down, but it is probably one of the hardest places to seed so unless you have your own content to upload don't bother with Bibliotik.

BitMe is good for various E-Learning material in all kinds of formats from videos to books etc but it is a tough tracker to find.

I would recommend making a request for BitMe as Bibliotik would take a long time to make a buffer before you could even start to think about downloading what you need.

Also he can find and give a try to Bitspyder , Docspedia or ebookvortex which are easy to find until he gets into Bitme. :)
And yeah you are right bibliotik a lot hard to make buffer on . I managed to get only 22 GB during their last free leech with the help of seebox :D.
