Seedbox Security Help

Hello peoples. I would be really grateful for some help.

Im a mac user on a shared seedbox from feralhosting.

Im having trouble with some important settings. Mainly "Setting up Public Key Authentication for Password-less Login" and "Password Protect Your WWW Page"
It doesnt look that hard an Ive followed the guides exactly. It just doesnt seem to work right for me.

Now Im worried Im not secure.

So could I pm someone who knows the deal and try to get it worked out? I just hate to post any of this in public. Thanks in advance.

It shouldnt take too long.
I have to leave soon so I guess I need to schedule a appointment for later tonight.

I am also using Feralhosting and I simply just posted a ticket and Joshua helped me set up HTTP downloads and with Password Protect WWW. As for the public key authentication you can look at the FAQ or even better go on the Feralhosting IRC.

Yea. I ended up just going to Feral. I just didnt want to talk about all my security issues in public irc but did and got it all figured out. Lemon was very nice and helpful.

Although I did get a "please watch your language" by one of their helpers. I said "this shit is killing me"

. LOL.

I cant imagine someone getting offended over something like that in 2012. Its not like there are many kids using a sb to pirate there favorite shows...whatever
