I like v3 theme. So i changed v4 to v3. but after some time i tried to change the theme again but it seems there was no other theme option. Not sure if its a bug though.Is it new?

How to reproduce
Change back to v3 or any old theme and u'll be stuck in that theme like me.
Updating vB broke many things in the TIv3 style. Only way to change your style now is within the Forum Skin option under General Settings.
